By accessing or using Macro Edge (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Macro Edge. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Description of Service

Macro Edge is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform offering real-time macroeconomic data, predictive trading signals, institutional COT insights, and sentiment analysis for Forex and indices traders.

4. Account Registration

You are required to register an account using third-party authentication providers (Google, Apple, Microsoft, Facebook) or magic links. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account.

5. Subscription and Payment

Macro Edge offers a 7-day free trial. After the trial, continued access requires a paid subscription at $20/month, processed securely via Stripe. Subscription fees are charged automatically at the beginning of each billing cycle.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Refunds are only available if you cancel during the 7-day free trial. No refunds are provided after the trial has ended.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service or use it in violation of any laws or these Terms. Prohibited conduct includes reverse engineering, data scraping, reselling access, or disrupting the platform. Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

All content, data, code, trademarks, and algorithms provided by Macro Edge are the property of Macro Edge Ltd or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or misuse any content provided through the Service without written permission.

Macro Edge is provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind. You agree that we are not responsible for any financial decisions, losses, or damages resulting from your use of the Service. We do not guarantee accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of data.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or abuse the platform.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
